ACCESSIBILITY
Free carers:
Disabled visitors may admit one accompanying registered carer free of charge when they purchase a full price adult or child ticker. Proof of entitlement must be provided at point of admission (see terms and conditions).
Mobility:
• The park is fully accessible for wheelchairs and pushchairs.
• Disabled parking at the entrance.
Hidden Disabilities:
• For visitors who prefer not to be here during our busier times we would recommend that you visit outside of the school holidays and on weekdays where possible.
• Please see our map below which highlights both loud places and quiet spaces situated around the park.
Assistance dogs:
We do allow assistance dogs onto the park, however, due to the nature of the park, assistance dogs cannot go into our walkthrough areas. Please contact our team on 01538 308880 for more information.
School Programmes:

SENSORY
We offer a variety of different sensory experiences across the park. These include:
Hourly talks and feeds
with our keepers
Our nature walk offers a quieter environment, a great place to spend time taking in different noises and smells from the surrounding wildlife.
Our walkthrough enclosures allow for an opportunity to get up close to many of our animals.
SENSORY BAGS
For Children and Adults with sensory needs you can now hire a sensory pack for your visit!
Simply speak to our admissions staff upon arrival, pay a £20 (refundable on return) cash deposit and off you go!
