 FAQs

  • Our Annual memberships are non transferable, with each membership being assigned to a single individual. If your family or friends are looking to visit the park they can purchase their own membership or buy a single day entry ticket which can be found on the ‘Book Now’ button above.

  • If you've purchased your membership online, you will receive it in the form of digital membership. You will create an online account at the time of purchase, this account will enable to you access your new digital membership(s).

    You are able to pick the start date of you membership during the online checkout process. This date must be within three months of purchase.

  • If you are struggling to find or create your online membership you can still visit the park, but you will need to bring a form of ID with you so we can find you on our system. Once we have validated your membership we can assist you with the account set-up or issue you a physical membership card for £2.95.

  • Our Annual membership allows completely UNLIMITED visits to the park from the date of activation.

  • No, our Indoor Play is completely free of charge for both Annual members and Day Ticket holders.

  • To receive discount on selected products in the shop and cafe, you will need to show your valid membership to the member of staff at the counter. Without your membership QR code we will not be able to issue any membership discounts in the shop or catering outlets.

  • Your digital membership will be saved in your online account with us. After you buy a membership, we'll send you an email to confirm. In that email, you can either create a new account or log in if you already have one. Once you're signed up, just go to 'membership details' and add your pass to your phone's wallet or take a screenshot of the QR code.

  • To renew your membership, simply use your online account. Just ensure you renew it prior to your card's expiry date. On the membership details page, you'll spot the 'renew' button. If your pass has expired, don't worry, our ticket office team will be happy to sort this on your next visit.

  • For those who've bought online tickets, upgrading is easy through our website. Just log in to your online account and click on the "upgrade" option next to your booking. In case you didn't set up an account during checkout, you can do so using the same email address used for purchase. If you don't see the upgrade button or if you've bought tickets on-site, our ticket office team will gladly assist you. Remember, this can only be done on the day of your booking.

  • If you have to access a membership for someone who won't isn’t within your online account, you can easily do so by taking a screenshot of the required QR code and sending it on. If you'll need to do this often, you can also add a pass to another person's account by connecting their membership. To do this, you'll just need the membership card number and the last name of the person you want to link to your account. This can be done through our website or at the park upon request.
