Booking time-slots as a member…

1. Head to the website and log into your account using the circular person symbol in the top right corner of your webpage.

2. Once logged in you will be taken into your account, then click on the Book Now button on the top right hand side.

3. You will then need to click Book Tickets (it’s the one with the meerkat icon).

4. Once you have clicked Book Tickets, you will be taken to the Calendar and then you can select the date you want to visit (for the Paw Patrol character appearance, please choose either 2nd or 3rd of November).

5. Once date selected, it will pop up with a Member section at the top of the Book Tickets page, you then need to click the add button, which will be highlighted in yellow.

6. Once you have added yourself, and it has gone green, you then scroll down to the bottom of the page and pick your arrival time.

7. Once you have selected your time, you will then have the booking summary pop up, you can then click Book Now to confirm.

8. You can then continue through the checkout and confirm your booking. You will not be charged for this, despite being asked for a billing address.
